The prelude to the school based self defense section begins at about the 3:07 mark. It covers additional uses for inner wrist lock, defense against a push and airplane technique. They are the same technique for multiple defenses.
The school based self defense section starts at 5:01. reviews standing up for yourself against bullying, using verbal self defense skills when the teacher is close or far away. Beware! In a school situation, if you punch, kick or talk smack at school, that is considered fighting or inciting a fight. These will usually get you suspended.
